1 16 oz. can black-eyed peas, drained
1 11 oz.can Mexican style yellow corn with peppers, drained
1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies (Rotel or store brand)
1/8 C chopped fresh cilantro
2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 lime, juiced
Tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together peas, corn, diced tomatoes, cilantro, and garlic.
Squeeze lime juice over the top of mixture and stir. Cover and
chill at least 2 hours, but it is best chilled overnight. Serve as a
dip with tortilla chips.
