1 lb. elbow macaroni (the smaller ones)
2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
3 T. flour
2-3 T. butter or margarine
1 - 1 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. crushed croutons

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to directions then drain. Grate cheese and layer it with macaroni in a buttered 9x11 baking pan. Make a white sauce with flour, butter and milk and pour over macaroni and cheese. Sprinkle croutons over top and dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees until brown around edges.
