1 14-ounce can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 to 3 green onions, sliced thin
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375ºF. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and transfer to shallow baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes until bubbling hot. Serve with chips, pita triangles, crackers or sliced raw vegetables.
