* Boil 'n Bag Rice (I use Uncle Bens) Four 2-cup bags
* Box of frozen broccoli (thawed in the microwave)
* 1 or 2 cans of chicken breast
* 1 jar of jalapeno Cheese Whiz
* 1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup (works perfectly well with the low fat version)

In a large bowl, add and mix all of the ingredients:
- Rice (Boil and then drain the rice according to package directions)
- Broccoli (thawed in the microwave)
- Canned chicken breast
- 3/4 of the jar of jalapeno Cheese Whiz
- Cream of Chicken soup

Pour the mixture into a baking dish (sprayed with Pam) and then add the rest of the Cheese Whiz on top. Bake at 350 F until warm and slightly browned on the top. YUM!!

This is Jonathan's favorite dinner. You can also freeze all or part of it to bake later. And... it is a great meal to serve as leftovers. It microwaves beautifully. It is so easy and yummy!!
