3 or 4 boneless chicken breasts
salt and pepper very lightly
6 ounce can of tomato paste
3/4 cup of beer (6 ounces)
3/4 cup of Spanish salad olives

Directions:
Directions:
Brown lightly in fry pan to seal juices. Place chicken in crock-pot.

IMPORTANT: Put tomato paste in small bowl, Add beer and stir together. Pour over chicken..
ADD olives. Cover and cook 6 hours on low. Serve over white rice.

This recipe may be doubled for the 41/2 quart Crock-pot.
