2 cups milk
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salkt
3 whole egg yolks
2 tablespoons margarine
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar

3 whole egg whites
3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk. Combine cornstarch, sugar and salt; add to milk and cook until thickened. Slightly beat eggyolks and add to mixture. Cook until Thick and remove from heat. Add margarine and vanilla when removed from heat. Cool. Mix powdered sugar and peanut butter together in smooth ball. Take out 1/3 of the mixture and save for top. Divide remainder evenly into baked pie shells and add filling.

Meringue: Beat egg white and sugar into meringue. Sprinkle remaining mixture on top. Bake at 325ºF until golden brown.
