Chinese Cabbage Salad Recipe

1 head Napa Cabbage
1/2 head reg.cabbage
5 green onions

6-7 oz. slievered almonds
2 pkg.s (3 oz. ea.) ramen noodles oriental flavor
1/2 to 1 oz. sesame seeds
1/2 c. butter

1 c. oil
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
2 T. soy sauce
1 c. sugar

Chop the first 3 ingredients thin
Saute and brown the next 4 ingredients
When these have cooled add them to the cabbage
Blend the dressing ingredients together well and pour on the salad 20 minutes before serving
