1 - head lettuce
1 lb. - cheddar cheese, grated
2 medium - tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) bottle - Catalina salad dressing
1 - onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. - Fritos OR Doritos
1 can - Mexican style chili beans, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Shred lettuce. Chop tomatoes and onion and add to lettuce. Add drained chili beans and cheese. Crush chips right in the closed bag and add to salad mix. Pour on salad dressing and mix well. Serve immediately. This makes a very large bowlful.
