1 9-inch pie shell
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup white karo syrup
1/3 stick butter
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs slightly and add sugar and karo syrup. Heat mixture in double boiler until ingredients are well blended. ( hot, but not too hot ) Add butter and remove from heat. Allow liquid to cool. Add
vanilla. Pour chopped nuts into pie shell and add cooled filling. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hr.
