1 can ( 15-ounce ) Cannelloni beans, drained and rinsed
2 cloves garlic
2 T. fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup olive oil, plus 4 T.
1/4 cup fresh Italian parsley leaves
salt, fresh ground pepper
6 pitas
1 tsp dried oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Place beans, garlic, lemon juice, 1/3 cup olive oil, and parsley in food processor. Pulse until coarsely chopped. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cut pitas into wedges, arrange on baking sheet. Drizzle remaining olive oil over pitas. Toss and spread evenly. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper. Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until toasted and golden brown.
