1 head of cabbage
Mayo
Mustard
Celery seed
Sugar

Directions:

Slice cabbage in fourths, cutting out the core. Cut up into chunks small enough to place in food processor, pulse until rough chopped. In large bowl, sprinkle cabbage with about a tablespoon of sugar, stir. Fold in enough mayo until just creamy. Add a few tablespoons of mustard to taste. Sprinkle with celery seed, mix, and add more to your taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Can be made a day ahead of time.
