1 head of green leaf lettuce
1 fennel bulb
1 granny smith apple
small bunch of green onions
"handful" of dried cranberries
"handful" of toasted pecans
Balsamic vinaigrette (1/4 cup olive oil, 2 + Tablespoons balsamic vinegar, salt & pepper)

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dry lettuce. Tear into small pieces and put in salad bowl. Cut fennel bulb, apple, and green onions into small pieces. Add to salad along with dried cranberries and toasted pecans.
Pour vinaigrette over salad and toss.
