1½ c. – flour
1 tsp. – baking powder
½ tsp. – salt
4 – eggs
½ c. – sugar
2 c. – brown sugar
2 c. – unsalted peanuts
4 T. – peanut butter
4 T. – butter, melted
1 T. – milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, salt, baking powder, set aside. Beat eggs with white sugar, 1½ c. of the brown sugar & 2 T. peanut butter. Toast and coarsely chop 1 cup of peanuts. Stir flour mixture and toasted peanuts into batter. Spread in greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes until edges are golden. Meanwhile, blend melted butter, remaining peanut butter, brown sugar, milk & nuts. Spread on hot baked bars. Place under broiler 1 to 5 minutes until bubbly and very brown. Cut when just warm. Can also be made with cashews.
