1 box of Jiffy cornbread mix
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 cup sour cream
1 egg
1 stick margarine, softened or melted
1/3 cup milk
1/3 tsp salt
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, stirring well with a spoon. Pour into a buttered 9x9 inch square pan and bake for 1 hour at 350ºF.
