3 cups bread cubed (crusts removed)
3 cups cubed ham or 1 pound sausage, fried
1/2 pound grated american or cheddar cheese
4 eggs
3 Tbsp flour
1 tsp dry mustard
3 cups milk
3 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Layer the cubed bread, ham or sausage and grated cheese in the bottom of a lightly greased 9"x13" pan.
In a large bowl, mix melted margarine, flour and dry mustard until well combined. Add eggs, one at a time and mix until well combined. Add the 3 cups of milk and stir until blended. Pour this mixture over the cubed bread/meat/cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake in a preheated 325 F. oven for 70 to 90 minutes, until eggs are set.
