Crust:
1 stick butter
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup flour

Filling:
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
1 container Cool Whip©
1 small jar maraschino cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Keep butter and cream cheese at room temperature. Slowly cream cheese, flour and butter together. Roll into balls about the size of a walnut. Refrigerate these for approx. 1 hour. After they are refrigerated, shape them inside the mini muffin pans. Bake at 350ºF for about 15-20 minutes. Cool. Remove from muffin pan. Mix vanilla pudding according to directions. Pour into "mini" shells. Top with Cool Whip© and cherries.
