2 lb. - round steak OR stew meat, cubed
1 bunch - carrots, chopped
1 c. - celery, chopped
2 - onions, quartered
1 pkg. - onion soup mix
1 T. - sugar
3 T. - tapioca
salt & pepper to taste
1 large can - tomatoes, drained
potatoes, as desired

Bake for 5 hours at 250º and DON'T PEEK!
