2 lbs ground meat or ground chuck
1 can refried beans
1 package burrito wraps
1 can enchilada sauce
1 small onion
1 package shredded cheddar cheese
Topppings:
lettuce, tomatoes, chopped onion, sour crean, salsa, or
whatever you like.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground meat in a skillet until completely browned. Add
chopped onions and cook until wilted. Stir in refried beans
well. In a small pan heat enchilada sauce. Cover tortilla shells
with enchilada sauce and put a large spoon of
meat mixture in the middle. Sprinkle with cheese. Fold
tortilla ends closed. Place folded burritos in a cookie sheet or
9x 13 pan. After all are folded and placed in pan, spread any
unused sauce over burritos and sprinkle with cheese. Bake
at 350º for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with any
favorites and enjoy.
