1 1/2 lb. broccoli
Peanut oil
6 slices ginger root
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 T. white wine vinegar
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Separate broccoli into florerettes.

Saute garlic and ginger in 2-3 T of oil for 2 minutes in a wok
over high heat.

Add broccoli, stir fry 5 minutes.

Add vinegar for last 2 minutes.

Add salt and pepper.
