2 c. milk
1.5 c. oatmeal (uncooked)
1 c. flour
2.5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Soak oatmeal in milk for 5 minutes. Mix dry ingredients together. Add beaten eggs to oatmeal mixture. Add dry ingredients to egg and oatmeal mixture. Mix quickly and lightly. Cook in skillet or by using a waffle maker.
