3-4 pounds beef ribs
1 medium onion, minced
1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
1 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. worcestershire sauce
1 1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. chil powder
1/4 tsp. ground gloves
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. bottled steak sauce
1 1/4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
salt to taste

Directions:
Brown ribs in broiler pan of oven at 400º for 30-45 minutes. Drain off fat. Meanwhile combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan, simmer for about 10 minutes. Cover ribs with sauce. Bake at 300º for 2-3 hours, basting occasionally. Baste with sauce as ribs darken.
