1 cup (6 oz) Semi-sweet Chocolate Bits
2 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp.vanilla
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate bits over hot water.
Beat 2 egg whites with a dash of salt until foamy.
Gradually add sugar, beating well.
Then beat until stiff peaks form.
Beat in vanilla and vinegar.
Fold in chocolate, nuts and coconut.

Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes
