1/2 pkg spaghetti
Low-Fat Pasta Sauce (See recipe)
Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
**After making spaghetti, use left-over noodles and pasta sauce for casserole.**
Spray baking pan with non-stick spray. Pour in spaghetti noodles and pasta sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Cover with non-stick foil and refrigerate or freeze.
To use: If frozen, thaw. Vent foil slightly. Bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes, until cheese is melted and casserole is hot. Let stand about 5 minutes. Cut into squares. Serve with crusty bread (see recipe).
