1 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar firmly packed
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups Quick Quaker Oats

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together and mix well. In a separate bowl cream margarine and sugars together. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.
Add dry ingredients to the egg mixture and stir until well combined. Stir in the oats. Drop by the teaspoonful onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º F. for 10-12 minutes. Cool 1 minute before removing from pan.
