3 Tbsp butter
4 chicken breasts, split, skinned and boned
2 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 cup light cream
1 cup chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Fry chicken in butter 20 minutes, keep warm on platter. Stir flour into drippings, cook 1 minute. Add chicken broth and light cream. Stir and cook until sauce thickens. Stir in mustard, return chicken to skillet. Cover and heat for 10 minutes.
