4 salmon filets (1 lb.)
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 T shredded fresh ginger, coarse
1 T minced green onion
1 garlic clove, crushed
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat grill or turn on broiler in the oven.

In a small saucepan, bring the vinegar, giner, green onion and
garlic to asimmer over low heat. Remove from the heat and set
aside.

Season the salmon with salt and pepper.

Grill or broil salmon over high heat for 5 minutes a side.

Spoon the vinegar over the fish and serve.
