1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. cocoa, divided
½ c. chopped nuts (*optional)
½ c. milk
2 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla



1 c. brown sugar
1 ½ c. boiling water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, 2 Tablespoon cocoa, and nuts (*). Add milk, oil and vanilla. Spread into 8 X 8 baking pan. Combine brown sugar and 4 Tablespoon cocoa and sprinkle on top of cake mixture. Pour hot water over entire batter. DO NOT STIR. Bake @ 350º for 45-50 minutes. Garnish with whip cream to serve.
