3¼ cups all-purpose flour
¼ tsp. active dry yeast
2 tsp. fine sea salt
1½ cups water

2 Tbsp. butter
8 oz. sliced salami, or more if desired

1. Mix flour, yeast, sea salt together and then stir in water until combined. Cover with plastic wrap and put it own for an 18-24 hour nap at room temperature, until it's doubled in size and bubbling.
2. Preheat the oven with a pizza stone to 500ºF.
3. Divide dough in half. On a floured pizza peel or baking sheet, flatten out one half of the dough into a 10" round. Brush it all over with half of the melted butter and then top with half of the salami.
4. Bake until the pizza crust is puffy and splotchy with brown marks and the salami is curly around the edges. Begin checking the doneness at 8 mins.
5. Repeat with the other half of the pizza dough.
6. Let cool slightly, slice and enjoy!
