2 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened,
1/3 c. country Dijon or spicy brown mustard,
1/4 c. crushed pineapple, well drained (optional),
1 med. jalapeno or Serrano pepper, seeded and chopped*,
8 oz. thinly sliced ham, finely chopped, **
3 T. chopped green onion,
1 T. orange marmalade,
2 tsp. cider vinegar,
Bagel chips (optional)

Blend cream cheese, mustard, pineapple, if desired, and half of jalapeno pepper in medium bowl. Spread in 9-in. glass pie plate or on shallow serving dish. Blend ham, green onion, marmalade, vinegar, and remaining half of jalapeno pepper in medium bowl. Spoon evenly over cream cheese mixture. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Serve with bagel chips for dipping, if desired.
