1 lb orzo pasta
1 bunch fresh spinach julienne
1 C fresh basil julienne
1 bunch green onion sliced
1/4 C olive oil
Juice from 1 1/2 lemons
1 1/2 C crumbled feta cheese
1 C toasted pine nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cook orzo pasta as directed being careful not to overcook.Mix lemon juice and olive oil together add salt and pepper. Combine all other ingredients pour on dressing and toss.
