1 Egg white, Beaten slightly
1 T. water
3 C. Pecans
3/4 C. sugar
1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. cloves
1/2 t. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together egg white and water. Stir in pecans, sugar and spices and stir until everything is moist, coat evenly. Spray baking sheet and spread pecans on sheet. Bake at 300º for 15 minutes, flip pecans and bake another 15 minutes.
