Directions:Mix first 5 ingredients together-hamburger, breadcrumbs, onions, egg & seasonings like making meatloaf but form into patties. Fry in oil until browned on both sides and cooked similar to a hamburger patty. Set aside on a plate with paper towel to absorb grease. Keep drippings in pan for making gravy. Add oil and vegetables. Sauté until tender. Sprinkle with flour and cook for another minute. Add Worcestershire sauce. Stir well. Whisk in beef broth to make a nice gravy. Place patties in 9x13 pan and top with gravy. Bake for 20-30 mins at 325 to heat while making side servings. Serve over mashed potatoes. Another option would be to serve over egg noodle pasta. |
