Sushi grade raw salmon
1 T. Olive Oil
1 T. Soy Sauce
1 T. Honey
1 tsp. Sesame seed oil
dash of red pepper flakes
Cucumber
Pickled Red Onion
Radish
Edamame beans
Avocado
Sticky rice
Sesame seeds
Kewpie Mayonnaise
Sriracha sauce


Directions:

Combine Olive oil, soy sauce, honey, sesame seed oil, and red pepper flakes to make marinade.

Cut salmon into small pieces, add marinade, and refrigerate for at least an hour or two.

Make sticky rice.
Slice cucumber and radish thinly.
Cut avocado into small chunks.

Put 1 serving of rice into a soup bowl.
Around the edge of the rice make small piles of: salmon, cucumber, radish, Edamame, and avocado.
Garnish with pickled red onion and sesame seeds.
Crisscross the top with Kewpie mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce.

You can use just about any raw vegetables in this recipe.
I keep all the measurements vague. Just use the amount you like.
You can also substitute any sushi grade fish for the salmon, or use a can of yellow fin tuna packed in olive oil.
