Equal portions of
Beef
pork
chicken
Onion (1 medium onion per pie)
Summer savory
Salt
pepper
Water
Cornstarch slurry to thicken gravy
Pie shells (Tenderflake recipe)

Directions:
Directions:
Cube Beef, pork and chicken, in equal portions.
Pan fry beef and pork.
Put into large pot.
Dice onion and pan fry.
Add to pot with beef and pork.
Add water to cover and let boil.
Add salt, pepper and summer savory.
Simmer 2 hours covered.
Add chicken and simmer 1 hour.
Thicken gravy and let cool
Put into pie shells, seal with egg/milk mixture. (Pie pastry use tender flake recipe).
Freeze.
Bake @ 350 for approximately 45 minutes (less time for fresh, more for frozen)
