2 C flour
1 1/2 C. sugar
1 t soda
2 eggs
1 #2 can crushed pineapple

Topping:
1/2 C sugar
1 C. evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, sugar, soda, eggs, crushed pineapple. Pour into baking pan and top with brown sugar. Bake at 350º.While cake is baking bring sugar, evaporated milk, butter and vanilla to boil in a small saucepan. Keep over low heat and pour over baked cake immediately after removal from the oven (keep cake in the pan).
