4 handfuls of asparagus
3 T. soy sauce
2 T. rice venegar
1 T. olive oil
1 tsp. sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
Chop asparagus into bite-size pieces on the diagonal, turning
one-quarter after each cut for angled cuts.

Mix liquid ingredients in a large bowl.

Boil asparagus for 5 mintes and drain.

Put asparagus in the bowl and toss the asparagus.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour.
