16 oz mascarpone cheese

1-1/2 c. strong coffee or espresso
2/3 c. sugar or sugar substitute

Directions:
Stir mascarpone cheese until soft; add a little milk if it is too stiff. Add 1/3 cup sugar, mix well and fold one-half container of Cool Whip into mixture gently. Place one layer of lady fingers in bottom of dish. Sweeten coffee with remaining sugar. Drizzle ( I use a small squirt bottle) coffee over lady fingers until saturated. Spread layer of cheese and Cool Whip mixture over lady fingers. Grate chocolate over mixture. Repeat layers and top with Cool Whip and garnish with more grated chocolate or dust with powered cocoa. Refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving.
