Four cups of chopped okra
3 tbsp white wine vinegar
Put Leon Cook together on medium heat 15 minutes turn off and leave it alone move to next step

One onion, one bell pepper, three stalks of celery chopped, half a stick of butter. cut up everything, put lid on. Cook plus or minus 15 minutes. add one can of Rotel original
one can diced tomatoes
one tablespoon of garlic
two cups chicken broth
1/4 cup brown sugar water
you can buy it at Walmart

Put lid on everything medium to low heat plus or minus an hour. Add okra, stir.
A little Southern boys seasoning and bite back garlic powder good shakes across the top
2 lb of shrimp baste it in lemon pepper and some southern boy seasoning mixed it up good on the shrimp add the shrimp to the pot and I cook 15 more minutes with lid on stir turn off fire let it sit about 30 minutes cook rice and make a bowl
