2 Tbs. corn starch
1/2 c. brown sugar or honey
1 large can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve syrup)
1/3 c. vinegar
1 green pepper thinly sliced
1 - 2 cans drained mandarin oranges
1 Tbs. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
If using chicken, cut into strips. Precook meat in pan with small amount of olive oil. When meat is done remove from pan and set aside. Mix cornstarch and brown sugar together. Stir in pineapple juice, mandarin orange juice, vinegar and soy sauce. Heat in wok until mixture has thickened. Add meat, green pepper, pinapple and oranges. Simmer until peppers are tender crisp.
