2 egg youlks, 1/2 cup cugar, 3/4 cup milk, 1 pakg. gelatin, 1/2 cup cold water, 2 egg whites, 1 cup whipping cream, e tbsp. melted butter,1 cup graham cracker crums, 1 tsp,vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks and milk till blended well then add sugar cook in a double boiler until slightly thickend. Soak gelatin in cold water. Pour hot mixture over softened gelatine and stir untill smooth. Chill intill slightly thickened. Add stiffly beaten egg whites, sanilla and whipped cream to chilled mixture.. Combine melted butter,cracker crumbsand sugar; mix untill crumbly. Spread half the crumbs in the bottom of the seving dish. Add pudding mixtureand sprinkle remaining crumbs over the top. Chill in refrigerator untill set.
