2 c.flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. cloves
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Measure all ingredients & add together in large bowl. Beat 4 minutes. Pour batter into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake approximately 30-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.


Frosting:
1/4 c. margarine
4 oz. cream cheese
1 3/4 c. confection sugar
1/2 c. nuts, coconut, or raisins (optional)

Cream the margarine and cheese & vanilla. Fold in remaining ingredients.
