1 hole Chicken or 4 Large Chicken Breast cooke and take off the bone. Dice 3 large potatos,3 stalks cellary, and 1 large onion, 3 carrots, 1 stick butter. 1 small can evaporated milk. 1 to 2 cups chicken broth. 1/4 cup english peas frozen. 1/4 cup flour, 1 package pie crust

Chicken in water sesan to you tast. I put i stalk cellery i have onion and 1 tsp poulty seasing. This is extra to what you need in the pot pie. When cooled take meat off the bone. You can do this part the day be for. Take stick butter place in fring pan letting it melt. Place carrots ptoatos in pan then sture. then place cellary and onions in pan sture.Let it cook till carrots are filling tender. Salt and pepper to you taste. Put flour in to pan and sture let cook for at leat one min.Put in evaportated milk misture will be thick, add 1 cup chicken broth. Let it come back to a boil. Place chicken in pan. If need ass more chicken broth. Place mixture in to baking dish, add english peas if you like as much as you like. Place pie ctust on top wash with a egg wash. Place in overn and cook at 350 for 45 min to a hour till crust is brown.
