Ingredients:  
1 chicken, cooked and deboned (you can also use a rotisserie chicken)
4 cups of chicken broth
1 lb of shrimp
1 lb of smoked sausage
1 bunch of green onions
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 jar Cajun Roux
Cooked rice
Creole seasoning

Roux:
1/4 cup of oil
1/4 cup of flour
Creole seasoning
Salt and pepper
Add ingredients to a skillet Cook slowly until roux becomes golden brown (or dark brown if you like it darker) stir it like making gravy.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook your chicken.
Add chicken broth
In a large skillet sauté your onions and peppers in a little oil.
Add your roux to the pot of chicken.
Cook until roux dissolves
Add shrimp and sausage.
Add sautéed green peepers and onions
Add creole seasoning, salt and pepper to taste
Bring to a boil
Simmer for 15-20 minutes
Serve over rice
