Smash Shrimp Mix:
1. 2 pounds shrimp - diced finely into a mush/spread type of consistency
2. Seasoning - (2 parts chili powder 1 part garlic, 1/2 par cumin and salt, plus a touch of lime)

Mango Salsa:
1. 3 mangs, diced
2. 1 Red Pepper, diced
3. 1/2 red onion, diced
4. 3/4 jalapeno, diced
5. 1/2 bunch Cilantro
6. 1 lime, juiced

Cilantro Lime Avocado Crema Spread:
1. 1 Avocado
2. 1/2 small container of sour cream
3. 1 lime juiced
4. 1/2 bunch cilantro
5. a little salt and garlic powder

Additional ingredients:
1. Flour totillas
2. side of chips
3. Guacamole

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dice the shrimp very fine so it's more of a mush/spread. Dry with paper towel. Add your seasonings.
2. Dice the mango salsa ingredients and add to bowl. Mix
3. Make up your crema spread by adding all the ingredients and mixing.
4. Fire up the flat top grill.
5. press the shrimp mixture into tortillas and place on grill. Press them down with hand or smasher. After a couple of minutes flip.
6. Add your Crema and mango salsa.
7. serve chips and guacamole
