Ingredients:
Ingredients:
5 lbs. red skin potatoes
1 bunch green onions- chopped
6 hard boiled eggs
1 c. Mazola Oil-to taste
2 T. apple cider vinegar-to taste
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook red skin potatoes until fork tender. Cool completely. Then peel and slice very thinly ( I use slicing part of grater-works great) in large bowl. Then chop eggs and add green onions.

Add oil & vinegar-this is the tricky part-you need to make sure that vegetables are well coated with oil. Then add brown apple cider vinegar-to taste (should give potato salad a little bite (but not too much).

Then salt and pepper to taste. Just like Grandma Feiler used to make.
