Directions:
Directions:
1 box of jumbo shells

Stuffing for shells
1 - 16 oz package of R.B.Rice Italian sausage
1 - 16 oz package of mozzarella cheese
1 frozen package of chopped spinach (16 oz?)
1 egg

Boil shell noodles till soft, drain, then put stuffing in.

Meat sauce- mix up and simmer until meat is done. We usually use a crock pot for 4+ hours but you could probably cook it a lot faster

16 oz of cut up mushrooms
1 small tomato paste can (4 oz), has italien seasoning already in it
1 pound of meat cut up into bite size pieces (beef - stew meat, or cut up london broil)
1 cup of dry red wine
1 red onion
1 teaspoon of italian seasoning
garlic

Lay stuffed noodles in greased glass pans, and pour meat sauce on top. Put in oven at 350º for 25 to 30 minutes so meat sauce bakes through shells. Serve with parmesan cheese.
