Ingredients: 16 oz of large elbow macaroni. (I tend to buy the large 32 ounce large elbow macaroni and then I just double everything else that fills up your whole 16 x 9 pan) 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese 1cup of shredded Swiss cheese 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 1 cup of shredded provolone cheese. I prefer to use Provel ½ cup of ricotta cheese ½ cup of sour cream, ½ cup of heavy whipping cream 1 tbsp of shredded parsley 1 tsp of Italian seasoning ½ tsp of garlic salt

Directions: |
Directions:Put together in a large bowl all of your cheeses take out about a half cup to a cup to sit on the top. In a separate bowl, put together all the ricotta cheese, sour cream and heavy cream seasoning with parsley, Italian and garlic salt. Drain your macaroni that you’ve cooked put together all your cheeses and then also your liquid ingredients and mix it all together does not need to be perfect. Bake until cheese melted
(I will tend to buy Walmart has Italian by the Italian cheese that has all of your mozzarella, Swiss Parmesan and provolone mixed together as well as a few others and that makes it a lot easier)
Preheat oven to 400º and cook for 68 minutes. Make sure the center is melted and warm |
