3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped celery
1 lb. fresh or frozen okra
2 (12 oz.) cans tomatoes
2 lb. shelled and cleaned shrimp
1 pt. raw oysters
2 onions, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 (10 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 qt. water
1 oz. crabmeat
Drops of Tabasco sauce
Cooked rice
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
In a large, heavy skillet, saute onions, bell pepper, and celery in butter until tender.
Add okra and cook until tender.
In a 6 quart stock pot, combine water, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and seasonings.
Cook on medium heat for 30 minutes.
Add sauteed vegetables to pot and continue cooking on low heat for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Add raw shrimp and cook 15 more minutes.
Add crabmeat and oysters and cook another 15 minutes.
Serve over hot rice.
