¾ c chocolate chip cookie dough
8 ounces cream cheese(softened)
2 T sour cream
⅓ c brown sugar
½ c heavy whipping cream ( whipped)
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup mini chocolate chips

Directions:

Line muffin tins with paper liners. Press a full teaspoon of cookie dough in each cup.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly golden. Set aside to cool. Prepare the cheesecake filling in large mixing bowl using an electric mixer beat cream cheese, sour cream and brown sugar for two minutes or until the mix is smooth and well combined. Fold in whipped cream, vanilla and chocolate chips into cream cheese mixture, using a rubber scraper to combine. Spoon cheesecake filling on to your cooled cookie crust. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm.
Can be frozen for up to 3 months in tightly covered container. Thaw in refrigerator. Double the recipe makes 90 mini cheesecakes.
