4 dozen eggs
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c butter
2 c milk
1 T sour cream

Directions:

whisk eggs fluffy
large wok 1/2 c butter melted
add milk to soup mix, sour cream, add to eggs mix well
stir eggs on med heat constantly to a soft scrambled egg, pour into a 9x13 baking pan . 325 degrees for 30-48 minutes


great for large breakfast i made 8 dozen for the homeless when i fed them ..
